Top restaurante din Chișinău potrivit TripAdvisor 2015

Astăzi, vă prezentăm top 10 restaurante și baruri din Chișinău potrivit TripAdvisor pentru anul 2015. Comparativ cu topul realizat în 2014, în acest an nu se mai regăsesc următoarele restaurante: Pegas, Tucano Coffee, Beef. Meat and Wine, Café Café care a fost redenumit în Chianti, Crème de la Crème.

La realizarea topul participă 183 de restaurante din Chișinău. Acesta a fost format în funcție de voturile primite de localuri și nu de numărul de review-uri care au fost acordate pe site-ul TripAdvisor.

#1. Carpe Diem, Wine Shop & Bar – 85 de recenzii primite

Barul are o vinotecă care oferă o selecție excepțională de vinuri distinse din Moldova, dar și din alte părți ale lumii. În magazinul localului puteți găsi aproximativ 160 de vinuri atât din Lumea Veche cât și din Lumea Nouă, iar în bar puteți servi 10 – 15 tipuri de vin local la pahar.

Localul oferă posibilitatea fiecărui vizitator să descopere gustul vinului preferat prin degustare la pahar şi consultarea specializată a unui somelier la stand. În cadrul localului poţi să ai parte de o experienţă completă în domeniul vinului: un magazin de vinuri, un bar cu vinuri selecte şi un club de degustare.

Good location – Chisinau downtown. „This is the restaurant of hotel Cordeu, just across from one of the two parks in the middle of the city. The food is a mix of italian, local and grill. The antipasti and meet were delicious. But the real treat is the wine, and the sommelier recommended a couple of excellent bottles which were not the usual big names from Moldova. Service was diligent, efficient and friendly. Definitely the place to visit for fine dining in Chisinau”.

Loft se află în centrul vechi al Chișinăului și poate fi caracterizat ca un apartament european modern unde vă puteți ascunde de oricine și orice. Veți avea ocazia să gustați bucate rafinate la un preț accesibil într-un local lipsit de fițe.

Vatra Neamului este mai mult decât un restaurant tradițional. Acesta este locul unde puteți sta la un pahar de vorbă, cunoscând tradițiile seculare ale neamului nostru, să serviți bucate cu o istorie gastronomică autentică și să petreceți timpul într-o atmosferă de liniște.

Restaurantul „La Taifas” – este un colțișor al bunătății moldovenești. Situat în inima Chișinăului, la intersecția străzilor București și Pușkin, restaurantul vă va cuceri prin ambianța sa plăcută: interiorul este decorat în stilul unei case țărănești care așteaptă mereu oaspeți. Bucătăria restaurantului oferă o gamă largă de bucate tradiționale: sarmale din foi de viță-de-vie, friptură în oale, cârnăței, mici și, desigur, mămăliguță cu friptură din carne de oi. Colecția de vinuri include o listă din cele mai rafinate, produse de vinificatori moldoveni timp de 30 de ani.

The food is traditional to Moldova. There are numerous menu options to ensure that there is something for everyone. I would recommend this restaurant, and would eat here again if I ever return to Moldova”, „The food is good and the wine also. But the place does not appear “authentic”, even if that’s the meaning. The music in some native gypsy style can be a bit pushy and intense, this actually made me and my party finish and escape early one time.”

„Popasul Dacilor” – este un loc liniştit care te îmbie la popas, într-un cadru deosebit, cald şi primitor. În acordurile muzicii cântate de taraful lăutăresc al popasului, restaurantul (150 locuri) şi cele două terase (50 locuri) vă aşteaptă să vă bucuraţi de bogatele sortimente culinare ale bucătăriei tradiţionale moldoveneşti, stropite din belşug de vinul casei. De la specialitatea casei platoul „Popasul Dacilor” la raţa umplută cu sarmale, de la ciorbă cu costiţe la tochitura moldovenească, de la toba ţărănească la plăcinta cea de casă, toate se găsesc aici, la Popasul Dacilor.

Kommunalka este un restaurant ce prezintă bucătăria sovietică. Anturajul sovietic din restaurant este prezentat în formă satirică, iar bucătăria unică este prezentată la nivel înalt.
Anume în bucătăria comună s-au creat cele mai gustoase hituri culinare: uha din cocoș, forshmak, satzivi, pelimeni din Siberia, plăcinte cu ficat, cruchon, rulada din halva.

Pe TripAdvisor, utilizatorii spun: „Stylish decor, decent food, friendly service! Prices consistently above average. The restaurant has specialities to offer: kievskaya cutlet, shuba, forshmak, pozharskaya cutlet, and delicious dessert Napoleon (the best I’ve tried). However, stay away from special offers – usually (I visit them quite often) – ultimately suck! P.S. Portions are relatively small. If you expect to have a copious meal – it’s not the place”, „It is highly doubtful that people who lived in an actual kommunalka in soviet times, would feel instantly at home here. The place is way too much of a sanitized version of the past for that. But having said that, Kommunalka is a pleasant surprise in the Chisinau restaurant scene.  Recreating the look and feel of the joint living apartments of Communist times, what stands out is not so much the interior design – which is immaculate – but the outstanding food and service.  And when the bill arrives, the nostalgic Soviet experience doesn’t get disturbed.  I paid 520 lei – roughly 29 euros by November 2014’s standards – for a three course meal, vodka, wine, tea and water included. A steal, especially if you consider how far ahead Kommunalka is of its Chisinau competition.”

Numele spune mult, dar dacă ești undeva în apropiere, nu vei rezista tentației de a intra în restaurant, pentru că mirosurile de carne gătită pe grătar o să vă ispitească.
În meniu veți găsi mai mult de 60 de tipuri de carne și pește, precum și o varietate de salate, băuturi și deserturi. În unele seri puteți auzi muzică live.

Utilizatorii TripAdvisor s-au arătat incantați de acest loc: „One of the first restaurants open in the early 90′ and one of the few of that time that still keep the best rating. Excellent service and cuisine. You can eat Moldovan, Georgian and European food and you can see through the glass wall who the food is prepared. What I disliked was that it is still a smoking place. The prices are relatively high for Moldova. Two or three times higher compared with “Propaganda” for example”, „We had a bit trouble finding the place, it is in a small side street in the back of an old house. We liked the setting (comfortable seating, lots of light from the windows) and the impressive large grills. The carpaccio and the tartar were just excellent, accompanied with a good wine from their large selection. My medium beef was well-done and did not match the quality of the appetizers, while my wife’s shashlik was good. Service was very fast and attentive, definitely something to come back to for a reliable meal at decent prices”.

Oraşul Subteran reprezintă un complex de restaurant unic în grosimea stâncii, amplasat la intrarea în cunoscutele subsoluri vinicole de la Cricova (12 km de la Chişinău).

Pe TripAdvisor, utilizatorii spun: „The visit of the wine cellars from Cricova was simply amazing. I was stunned by the immensity of the place (80 km of wine cellars and 40 km of limestone mines at 75 meters underground) and by the excellent conditions in which the wines and champagne are produced and kept. We visited the factory, the museum, the national collections of wines, the presidential rooms. Of course, the most pleasant part of the visit was the private wine tasting we had in the marine room. It was extraordinary”, „It is wonderful what the people from Chisinau managed to do with the wine cellars. They are huge, you are going with the mini-bus through them and the restaurant inside it it’s like going to a secret hide-out of the kings underground. I was astonished of this place!”

Restaurant cu bucătărie spaniolă. Doi bucătari spanioli aduc, direct din însorită Valencia, deliciile bucătăriei spaniole la Chișinău. În meniu vei găsi o varietate de gusturi, de la tipicele Tapas spaniole, sandwich-uri de carne și mezeluri spaniole, Tortilla de cartofi, la Paella Valenciana și multe alte rețete ale bucătăriei mediteraneene.
